Post-Show Drama! Big Brother 26’s Tucker Slams Quinn as a ‘Snake’ and ‘Ungrateful’ in Shocking Reveal!
Big Brother season 26 has showcased fans of reality TV, the journey of multiple houseguests who entered the house. One such contestant in the house was Tucker who dominated the competition in the house and even became Head of Household.
Tucker had a strong relationship with most of the houseguests of Big Brother 26 and had alliances with Angela, Rubina, Kimo, and T’Kor. His showmance with Rubina started turning heads as the couple weren’t shy of showing affection later on. This prompted Chelsie, Leah, Cam, and Makensy to plot against Tucker when T’Kor nominated him for the elimination block in week 6.
T’Kor initially wanted to send Makensy home but wanted Tucker to be nominated as well and use him as a pawn. Tucker was visibly hesitant but trusted his alliance member to do the right thing and supported her. Chelsie sought out Quinn’s help in their plan to oust Tucker as Quinn had a few rough-ins with Tucker.
Their relationship in the show was complicated as Quinn and Tucker tried to mend the broken bridges between them. During episode 20, when Angela tries to rally against Tucker, Quinn immediately goes to the latter and spills the beans about Angela’s betrayal.
Initially, Quinn told the camera that he did so because he wanted to repay Tucker for saving him during the previous week’s PoV comp. He later revealed that he only did so to gain Tucker’s trust and make him feel safe so that he wouldn’t know what hit him when Quinn eliminated him.
In an August 31 interview with Parade, Tucker was asked about his thoughts on all the houseguests. While he described his showmance partner, Rubina as “cute as a button”, Tucker had less than flattering words to describe his Big Brother rival, Quinn.
“Snake, ungrateful. But probably the most well thought out player in there, and deceiving. He knows what it takes, and he’s got all the qualities of it. Untrustworthy, but a great player,” stated Tucker in the interview.
Tucker’s thoughts on his journey in Big Brother 26
In episode 21 of Big Brother, Tucker had the chance to save himself from elimination during the AI Arena comp. He went against Angela and Makensy in the puzzle competition, but host Julie Chen Moonves told Tucker that he already looked defeated.
Tucker explained that he had a gut feeling he would be going home that night as he was the “appetizing target” for the rest of the houseguests. Despite this, he doesn’t have any regrets or qualms against them knowing that it is part of the game.
He also revealed that had there been a tie between himself and Angela, he would have expected T’Kor to save him, but it couldn’t come to that.
In earlier episodes, Tucker got the power of AI Instigator for which he was rewarded $20,000 when he left the house. While using that power, Tucker made Rubina upset as he mentioned she was like a “sister” to her.
Tucker explained that he felt regretful for making Rubina cry but did so to relieve pressure from themselves in regards to the showmance rumors.
“There’s a lot of mental strain that goes on in there. There’s a lot of strategizing that has to happen. And so it wasn’t to put it in people’s faces. It was to ease our minds and to let us be us when we wanted,” stated Tucker.
He further stated that the intention was to put Quinn on the hit list of other houseguests of Big Brother as the latter had previously talked about seeing Tucker and Rubina kiss. Tucker wanted the houseguests to not trust Quinn’s words which he thinks worked out in the end despite himself getting eliminated.
