Big Brother Winner Shocks Fans: ‘I’d Trade My Own Child’ To Replace Dr. Will Kirby as Jury Host!
Big Brother Jury Roundtable host Dr. Will Kirby announced his exit from the role, and Big Brother 24 winner Taylor Hale would love to take his place. Dr. Will has hosted the Jury Roundtable since Big Brother 15 in 2013, during which he helped the jury to decide the winner. However, he won’t return for the October 13 Big Brother season 26 finale, during which one of the final five contestants–Cam Sullivan-Brown, Chelsie Baham, Kimo Apaka, Makensy “MJ” Manbeck, or Rubina Bernabe–will be crowned the winner and take home the $750,000 grand prize.
Big Brother 24 winner Taylor Hale revealed how much she wants to be the Big Brother 26 Jury Roundtable host.
In an interview with EW, Taylor revealed how much she wants to be the Big Brother 26 Jury Roundtable host and have the opportunity to discuss the possible winner with the jurors, who currently include Quinn Martin, T’kor Clottey, Leah Peters, and Angela Murray. She said, “I would sell my firstborn to do it. It’d be an absolute dream, but I’ll wait on the email.” Taylor continued, “We’ll see if they call, email anything. But I’m absolutely dying to do it, so I’m throwing my hat in the ring, Big Brother.”
Taylor has been watching Big Brother 26 and shared her opinion about who’s been playing the best and worst games. She thinks that “right now Chelsie” is playing the best game, adding, “It’s her game to lose. Chelsie’s playing the best game by far.” As far as the worst is concerned, Taylor offered, “Of who’s left in the house. I would say Kimo’s playing the worst game. But MJ? Really rough HOH. I don’t think she can recover from it. We’ll see.”
However, Taylor emphasized that she isn’t hoping for anyone specific to win. Instead, she’s just hoping for a “good game.” Taylor went on to say, “I know that sounds so lame, but literally, I just want a fun ride all the way to the end…Give me some fun!”

What Taylor Hale’s Interest In Being Big Brother 26 Jury Roundtable Host Means
Taylor Has The Experience To Be A Great Host
Taylor would be a fantastic Big Brother 26 Jury Roundtable host. She’s the face of the modern era of Big Brother, as she made history as the first-ever Black woman winner and the first houseguest to win both the game and the fan-voted America’s Favorite Houseguest prize. Taylor was the underdog of her season, as she started out as the victim of bullying and microaggressions from her fellow houseguests and then eventually rose to the top.
Since her season ended, Taylor competed during the first-ever Big Brother Reindeer Games in 2023, placing second to winner Nicole Franzel. She also returned during a special Big Brother 26 episode, in which she and fellow winners Jag Bains and Cody Calafiore analyzed the season so far. Taylor has what it takes.
Our Take On Taylor Hale Being The Big Brother 26 Jury Roundtable Host
Taylor Should Follow In Dr. Will’s Footsteps
Taylor did a wonderful job giving her commentary about the Big Brother 26 houseguests, proving that she could do it again as the Jury Roundtable host. She’s already proven herself to be impartial, as she said that she’s not cheering for anyone specific. Instead, Taylor is rooting for a good game.
It’s also important that the Jury Roundtable host has as strong of an understanding about how to play the game as Dr. Will does, and Taylor does. She’ll usher in a new era, following in Dr. Will’s footsteps. Hopefully, Taylor’s dream will come true, and she’ll be the Big Brother 26 Jury Roundtable host.
