Big Brother 26: It’s Time For Angela Murray To Go Home
Big Brother 26 houseguest Angela Murray has been at the center of controversy since the season began, and it’s time for her to go home. Angela is a 50-year-old real estate agent, mother, and grandmother originally from Long Beach, California, but currently living in Syracuse, Utah. She’s already won two Head of Household (HOH) competitions, but her second one was taken over by Quinn Martin, who activated his Deepfake HOH upgrade power.
Throughout Big Brother 26, Angela has been a whirlwind of drama. Her paranoia often gets the best of her, which causes her to become very emotional. She’s also acted like a bully during the season, attacking Matt Hardeman, who she called “Crazy Eyes” in a vicious tirade and yelling at him that his mother would see that her son was “a straight-up disrespectful brat.” She also mocked Lisa Weintraub’s walk and called her a twit. As Big Brother 26 approaches the jury phase of the competition, here’s why it’s time for Angela to go home.
Big Brother 26’s Angela Murray Might Be A Producer Plant
Angela’s Antics Are Getting Old
Since the beginning of Big Brother 26, Angela has been a suspected producer plant. She has a history with CBS, having appeared on House Calls with Dr. Phil, Let’s Make a Deal, and The Price Is Right. Even without her previous TV appearances, Angela’s outrageous outbursts were so over-the-top that they didn’t seem real. She seemed like a producer plant whose sole purpose on the show was to create drama.
However, as Big Brother 26 enters week 7, Angela’s antics are getting old. It’s tiresome to watch a 50-year-old woman crying all the time and also very hard to watch. If Angela really is a producer plant, it’s time for her to be uprooted and booted from the game.
Big Brother 26’s Angela Murray Can’t Be Trusted
Angela Has Turned On Her Alliances
Because of her paranoia, Angela has turned on her alliances. During week 1, when she was HOH, Angela spent a lot of time watching the other houseguests on the screen in the HOH room, one night until 3 a.m. Although she was invited to be a member of the Collective alliance, her spying made her paranoid that they were trying to trick her. Before she attacked Matt, she went after her Collective alliance members in front of the whole house, telling them that their performance in the HOH room was like that of actors in a low-budget movie.
In addition, Angela tried to flip the house on Tucker Des Lauriers, with whom she was in an alliance called Sixth Avenue. While taking the opportunity to evict Tucker was a strategic game move, it was surprising that it came from Angela because, a few weeks before, he’d used the Power of Veto to save her instead of himself from the chopping block. Tucker was very hurt by Angela’s betrayal, and HOH T’kor Clottey used her as the replacement nominee because of her actions. She proved in these moments that she’s not a trustworthy alliance member, so the houseguests should evict her before she does any more damage.
Big Brother 26’s Angela Murray’s Mental Health Is Important
Angela’s Daughter Has Expressed Concern For Her
If Angela’s emotional breakdowns are real, and she’s not a producer plant, then the Big Brother 26 producers should be expressing more concern for her mental health. She doesn’t seem to be handling the stress of the house well, and it might be time for her to stop playing the game. Angela’s meltdowns, including the one she had about the houseguests eating her charcuterie foods when she was a Have Not, aren’t funny. In fact, at times, they’re hard to watch and disturbing. Angela’s daughter, Christine Murray, even expressed concern for her mother’s well-being in the Big Brother 26 house during week 6 when T’kor named Angela the replacement nominee.
In an X post, Christine wrote, “She’s just such a people pleaser irl. This game has her second guessing everything. I haven’t been able to watch clips the last few days because it just breaks my heart to watch her so upset. She is truly a kind generous soul.” If someone who knows Angela so well in real life is expressing this much concern for her, then maybe it’s time for her to go home and leave the stress of Big Brother 26 behind her. It would be terrible to see her reach her breaking point.
Big Brother 26’s Angela Murray Shouldn’t Make It To Jury
Angela Would Be An Emotional Jury Member
Although Angela is a Big Brother superfan, it’s not hard to imagine that she would have a hard time being an impartial juror. She allows her emotions to overtake her, and she might be a bitter juror, rather than a fair one. Angela would most likely have a hard time being an objective juror, so the houseguests should evict her soon before jury begins. This way, they wouldn’t have to worry about her trying to sway the other jury members either.
Big Brother 26’s Angela Murray Could Make It To The Final 2
The Final HOH Might Believe They Could Win Against Her
The Big Brother 26 finale is still weeks away, but it’s still easy to imagine Angela as the type of houseguest who could make it to the final 2 because the final HOH would believe that they could beat her. They’d choose to go to the end with her if she made it to the final 3. Of course, it’s possible that Angela could be the final HOH. She’s proved to be a strong player in some ways, winning two HOH competitions, and completing her grueling punishment from the week 6 Power of Veto competition in a very inspiring moment.
Angela would need to do much more than that to deserve a win. However, the Big Brother 26 houseguests do seem to have a soft spot for her. Tucker remained loyal to her even after he found out that she was trying to flip the house on him. Makensy Manbeck supported Angela and walked with her during her punishment, despite the fact that Angela involved her in her drama with Matt in week 1. Because of examples such as these, it’s highly possible that, if Angela did make it to the end, she could win the whole game.
If Angela did win Big Brother 26, she’d be the first wife and mom to take home the grand prize. The houseguests might get swept up in the moment and vote for Angela to win. Because the houseguests seem to like her so much despite her bad behavior, they might vote with their hearts and award her with the $750,000 prize. Therefore, they should evict her now before she goes too far in the game.
Angela has been one of the most memorable Big Brother houseguests in history for both positive and negative reasons. However, she’s overstayed her welcome in the house. If Angela heads to the jury house instead of to her own home, she could create chaos there. In addition, if she makes it to the final 3, there’s a good chance that the final HOH could take her to the final 2 because they’d think that they could beat her. She could even win. Angela has provided some very entertaining moments throughout Big Brother 26, but it’s time for her to go home.
