Big Brother 26 houseguest Leah Peters is on a winning streak, and with her competitive spirit and charismatic personality, she will win the whole game. Leah is a 26-year-old VIP cocktail server originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but currently living in Miami, Florida. She’s one of the 16 houseguests competing for the $750,000 grand prize. Leah has now made it to the final eight houseguests, guaranteeing herself a spot on the jury, along with Angela Murray, Cam Sullivan-Brown, Chelsie Baham, Kimo Apaka, Makensy Manbeck, Rubina Bernabe, and T’kor Clottey.
During Big Brother 26, Leah has had an interesting journey. She started out working with Makensy and Matt Hardeman, but that quickly fell apart when Matt was evicted in week one. Leah was then a lone wolf in the game, but she eventually aligned with Quinn Martin, who was evicted during week 8. Leah won her first Big Brother 26 competition during week 7 when she won the Power of Veto. During the competition, the houseguests had to build a robot in the pitch dark by memorizing a photograph of it. In addition, the Big Brother 26 live feeds revealed that Leah won her first HOH competition during week 9, which was an endurance competition. After the competition, Leah told her fellow houseguests that she couldn’t believe that she won an athletic game.
However, Leah didn’t get all of the perks of the HOH because Ainsley left the houseguests with Jankie, another A.I. entity. The houseguests are living in the backyard for the week, in a carnival called Jankie World. As part of this twist, the Power of Veto competition included two vetoes, the regular Golden Power of Veto and the Jankie Veto. Angela won the Golden Power of Veto, while Leah won the Jankie Veto. Although it’s unclear if Leah’s veto works exactly like a regular one, the fact that Angela won the other veto means that the power will most likely stay in Leah’s hands this week.
With these competition wins, Leah has proven herself to be both a strong mental and physical competitor. She even won an endurance competition, proving that she has the stamina to last long in a game. Because of this, Leah could dominate Big Brother 26 until the end.
Leah Is A Strategic Big Brother 26 Player
Leah Thinks About The Long-Term Consequences Of Her Actions
In addition to being a strong competitor, Leah is a very strategic Big Brother 26 player. She started off the game by purposely playing under-the-radar, which was a great plan. Leah watched from the sidelines as her fellow houseguests not only evicted each other, but even nominated their own allies as pawns, which led to their eliminations. Leah was so smart to lie low at the beginning of the game. She kept the target off of her back for weeks, and then asserted herself when it was necessary.
It wasn’t until Big Brother 26 week 7 when Leah won the Power of Veto that she made a shocking game move. The HOH for the week was Leah’s close ally, Quinn, who preferred that she didn’t use the veto to save Angela because she was his target for the week. Quinn thought that Angela had the potential to skate to the end of the game because the other houseguests would carry her there because they thought that they could beat her in the finale.
However, Leah saw Angela as a jury vote for her. Because week 7 was the last week before the jury began, she didn’t want to evict Angela. Therefore, Leah used the Power of Veto to save Angela, and Quinn ended up nominating his and Leah’s ally, Joseph Rodriguez in Angela’s place, and he went home. Leah achieved her goal of helping Angela to make it to the jury. However, the following week, Leah expressed that now that Angela is on the jury, she won’t be saving her again. Leah is smart to adjust her strategies to suit her best interests.
Leah also made a strategic choice with her nominations for HOH. She had to choose between the two trios: Cam, Chelsie, and Makensy or Kimo, Rubina, and T’kor. Leah decided to break up the latter trio, who’s the stronger of the two. She nominated Kimo and Rubina for eviction, and, now that she and Angela hold all of the power with the vetoes, her nominations will most likely stay the same. Leah is making great game moves that will benefit her long-term game.

Angela is right that, unlike past Big Brother houseguests who’ve played it safe, Leah had a very inspiring moment when she made the best decision for her own game. Because she doesn’t have a very strong alliance, she was able to use her Power of Veto win to further her own interests. This was a pivotal moment in Big Brother 26, and it was fantastic for Leah’s resumé.

Both Quinn and Joseph had major crushes on Leah to the point that they said that they couldn’t be mad at her for using the Power of Veto. Her sweet and charming personality makes her very likable. Quinn jokingly called Leah a “supervillain.” However, Leah is so charismatic that her fellow houseguests find it hard to hold a grudge against her.
Big Brother 26 houseguest Leah will most likely win the whole game. She’s not only a strong competitor, but a very strategic player. Even though Leah can’t play for HOH next week, she has Cam, Chelsie, Makensy, and Angela who will protect her. T’kor and either Kimo or Rubina might want to take revenge on her, but there will only be two of them. With her magnetic and charming personality and competition skills, if Leah makes it to the final two, she’ll win the $750,000 grand prize.
