Wait, What?! Cam Sullivan-Brown Admits He’s Open To Dating Chelsie Outside The House!

Big Brother 26 houseguest Cam Sullivan-Brown said that he and winner Chelsie Baham are “great friends,” and their relationship is “complicated“ when asked if he wanted to date her outside of the show. Cam and Chelsie were allies from the very beginning of Big Brother 26, and it was obvious that Chelsie had a crush on him throughout the season. She was often shown getting jealous when Cam would cuddle with the other women. However, when Zingbot mocked Chelsie, saying that she didn’t have a chance with Cam, he hugged her and said that she did have a chance.

In an interview with the New York Post, when Cam was asked what was next for him and Chelsie because she’d shared that she’d say yes to a dinner date if Cam asked, Cam seemed open to exploring a relationship with her. He said, “She already owes me dinner. She owes me steak. I asked her the question that I think won her the game. She owes me a steak. She needs to wine and dine me.”

Cam continued by talking about his and Chelsie’s future together. He shared, “We’re going to be great friends outside of here. Me and Chelsie talked a lot in the house on a personal level. She is a great person and I love her so much. So we’re going to continue to be friends. Our relationship is complicated, but we have a lot of time to talk about that.”

Although Cam seemed to be joking when he said that Chelsie owed him a steak dinner, he did seem open to going on a dinner date with her after Big Brother 26. He already told her that she had a chance with him after Zingbot’s insult, so it would be very sweet to see him follow up on that. Cam and Chelsie should definitely go out on a date to explore their “complicated” relationship. It’ll be so worth it to see if they want to take their strong friendship to the next level.

While Cam and Chelsie’s relationship actually was complicated, Cam was smart to choose that specific word to describe it. He might be thinking that he wants to keep his relationship with Chelsie platonic, but by saying that the situation is complicated, he’s acknowledging that there is something more to their friendship. It would be insulting to Chelsie to imply that they were strictly just friends because they clearly have something special between them. Cam even said that Chelsie is a great person.

If Cam wants to pursue a romance with Chelsie, calling the relationship complicated makes sense as well. They’re going to have to figure out if they can make their relationship work in the real world. In the Big Brother 26 house, they were living in a bubble, but now they’ll have to deal with their real lives as well. However, they won’t have to worry about a showmance interfering with their Big Brother games. It’s nice to see that Cam said that he and Chelsie connected on a personal level and that he loves her so much.

Big Brother 26 led to one official showmance between Rubina Bernabe and Tucker Des Lauriers, and two potential relationships between Leah Peters and Quinn Martin, and Makensy Manbeck and Matt Hardeman. Hopefully, Chelsie and Cam will be added to that list as well. Chelsie has already won the Big Brother 26 $750,000 grand prize, but winning Cam’s heart would be the icing on the cake.
