King Charles In Tears As William FINALLY Drops UNEXPECTED Move Over Crown Amidst Catherine’s Concern

A few hours ago, the Duke was in Canada, flying the flag enthusiastically for his Invictus Games. But with his father having revealed he had cancer, it was always going to be nigh on impossible for the Duke to dodge having to comment. There are many signs about what will happen since Prince Harry himself has said he wants to reconsider his relationship with his family.

Prince Harry has expressed his great concern for the King’s health to his brother. He’s also made it clear that he intends to return to London to offer all possible support to his father and family, knowing they need him. He perceives that they miss him and, above all, need the strength he’s willing to give them.

Will Prince Harry and Prince William Be in New York City at Same Time?

Despite Harry’s thoughts about family being brought together by illness, it has since been revealed that his sister-in-law’s diagnosis did not instigate hands reaching out across the Atlantic but rather a brutal snub. The Sussexes have been in contact with William, but their private message was simply one of sympathy and didn’t include any suggestion that the brothers should make up, let bygones be bygones, or that Harry should fly back to the UK soon.

Amid the busy Sussex schedule, British royal courtiers are said to find the couple’s constant output chaotic. Buckingham Palace would prefer that Harry and Meghan retire to quiet obscurity, but that’s not going to happen. They are private citizens, so they cannot be banned from going or not going anywhere.

Although some analysts feel Harry’s assistance to William would be brotherly, others think that the Prince of Wales’ chaotic year in comparison doesn’t have the next king wishing for a sibling reunion. If you think fraternal relations are bad now, then hold on to your hats.

According to a well-placed source, the Prince of Wales is not due to attend the Earthshot Innovation Summit scheduled to take place at the Plaza Hotel in Manhattan on September 24th. There will be no change to his plans, following the announcement that his brother is in the city at the same time. As a friend of William’s told us this year, the Prince of Wales’ focus has very much been on his wife, his children, and his father—his brother really isn’t something that’s discussed.

For the brother’s crowning, Harry needn’t worry about being unceremoniously plunked into the third row behind his aunt Princess Anne’s extravagantly plumed hat, as he was at Charles’s coronation last year, because he won’t be getting an invitation at all. As things stand, William would not want his brother at his coronation. There’s just too much ill feeling for that.

William, who is still hurt by everything Harry has said in the past, has responded, but the response is very much engineered by the Palace. It’s hardly the kind of warm, informal response you would expect from one brother to another. It’s more like the sort of communication you would get between two slightly weary diplomats.

Their rivalry continues amid the royal health crisis, but experts wonder if things would be different between the brothers if their mother, Princess Diana, were still alive. I think Diana would have supported Harry in this move, although I think she would have also found a way to bridge the rift between the brothers. She would certainly have approved of Harry’s efforts to shine a light on mental health issues and his Invictus Games success.

I think she would have been proud of her boy for standing up for what he felt he wanted in life—freedom and autonomy.

Amid royal experts and commentators’ concerns about King Charles III’s slimmed-down monarchy and Prince William’s reported plans to take it a step further, one expert says keeping things small is entirely the right move. Right ahead, we discuss why royal experts feel that a smaller monarchy is the right model for the future of the British royal family.
