‘Surprise!’: MAFS’ Beck Zemek announces she is expecting her second child during engagement party with fiancé Ben Michell

Married At First Sight‘s Rebecca ‘Beck’ Zemek has some big news to share – she’s having a second baby!

The Season 8 bride and fiancé Ben Michell made the surprise announcement during their engagement party this week, leaving guests stunned.

The “surprise pregnancy” also turned into a surprise gender reveal as the couple found out they were expecting a baby girl.

Surrounded by loved ones and former co-stars, Beck took to Instagram to share their priceless reactions.

“So, what we’re going to do now, we’re all going to put our glasses up,” said Ben as he prepared to make a toast.

“And we’re going to cheers to Beck being pregnant!”

Jaws dropped around the room as friends and family screamed with excitement, rushing to congratulate the pair.

“Baby number 2, we can’t wait to meet you,” Beck later captioned the video.

“I’ll never forget everyone’s faces 😂 surprise!”

In the video, Beck was absolutely glowing in a gorgeous white halter-neck dress. Standing next to Ben, she held their two-year-old daughter Immy.

But the surprises didn’t stop there.

While cutting their engagement cake, the couple dug into pink icing and found out they were having another baby girl.

“We’re officially going to be 4 geminis!!! ♊️ And you @bennmichell are officially out numbered 😂,” Beck shared on Instagram.

Friends and co-stars rushed to the comments to congratulate the soon-to-be family of four.

“This moment was the best everrrr. I’m so excited for you guys. Congrats again ❤️😍,” said Season 8 bride Booka Nile who was in attendance.

“Last night was the gift that just kept giving haha. Another perfect little girl to add to your amazing family,” Booka added.

“Unreal!!!! Congratulations!!! ❤️❤️,” gushed Kerry Balbuziente.

“There was too many surprises! I can’t cope 😂❤️,” wrote one friend, while Season 11’s Lauren Dunn shared: “I love you guys so much!!!!! So exciting.”

In a year of good news, Beck announced her engagement to Ben in March 2024.

The star first rose to fame when appearing on Married At First Sight Season 8, where she was matched with Jake Edwards.

She later found love with Ben and the couple have been building a home together in Perth.

In June 2022, Beck and Ben welcomed their first child together, baby Immy.

The reality star has since shared a sweet video post documenting her 36-hour labour journey and revealed her little girl’s name and measurements.

“🌟 29-05-22 🌟Welcome to the world, Immy Michell,” Beck captioned the post on Instagram at the time.

“Our hearts are so full, we never knew there could be a love like this. Here’s to the next chapter of our lives, the three of us.”

And now, there’s another bundle of joy on the way.
